GECOM International Limited is an upcoming, growth-oriented Educational Management Company servicing the Indian and International Education Sector invites applications for the following positions to be based in Mumbai, who would be a part of the key strategic team:

Head – International Curriculum : A Post graduate / Ph. D with more than 10 years of experience in establishing and managing International curriculum such as IB and IGCSE. The candidate has to be resourceful, IT capable and a strong educational leader.

Deputy Principal / PYP & IGCSE Coordinators (for a Proposed IB / IGCSE school and ICSE/CBSE school in  Mumbai/UAE) : Should have a bachelors in education combined with a proven track record of experience in implementing/managing national and international curriculum standards. S/he should be an extremely resourceful, innovative and highly IT capable individual.

Teachers (for Primary Years Programme - IB & ICGSE Curriculum) : A graduate in relevant subjects with a Bachelor in Education. Candidates should be highly creative, IT capable, with versatility in teaching various age groups in the primary and middle years.

Head –HR : Post graduate in HRM with excellent communication, managerial, IT skills , with relevant experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Systems.

Head – PR : Post graduate in PR with excellent communication, managerial, IT skills   with substantial  experience in establishing good PR relationship with corporate and Media firms.

Head Procurement : Graduates with Procurement and Contract management skills with thorough knowledge of planning, scheduling, purchasing, cost and quality control functions.

Head Business Development : A Marketing graduate with substantial relevant experience in marketing of Educational products and services pan India. The candidate has to be an excellent communicator, effective negotiator, aggressive in his/her selling approach, with a focus drive and passion to make things happen.

Administration /Finance Officers- Graduates : with excellent communication, managerial, IT, analytical ability, administration and accounting skills.

Video Content Producer : A qualified graduate with practical knowledge and expertise in video and short film production. Candidate with excellent written & verbal communication skills with a proven ability to generate creative ideas.

Curriculum Planners/Developers : Experienced and passionate teachers in their relevant subject, willing to be a part of our efforts to develop a technological teacher's tool for schools. Teachers with high IT capability, with good acquaintance in such efforts will be preferred.

Legal Officer : A Certified Law graduate with experience of more than 5 years and working knowledge of the laws and regulations related to the Education industry, RTI matters, Human resource consulting, labour laws and well versed with the legal procedures. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
